Our HR policy is focused on our People and their talents: Each production phase is a matter for specialists, and each profession requires extensive training to gain the experience and the precision which make the quality of LJF products.
We follow up and develop the knowledge and skills of our collaborators by annually setting up an ambitious training plan; this is a key factor in enhancing the skills relating both to transversal projects and to the current evolution of business lines.
We are implementing a tutoring system at every step of the preparation and production process of our products.
